METABOLIC TRAINING

DAY 1

2 - 3 DAYS A WEEK

Visit your physician previous to start an fitness plan.

We work doing circuits of 4 exercises.  You will see the exercises in each circuit and then you will have to program a TABATA APP with the number of total sets and the active phase and rest phase.  For example 4 exercises - 4 times = 16 total sets. Each 20 seconds active and 10 seconds rest.  You will choose your speed depending on your physical status. Below is a table of 1 round. You will do 2-4 rounds depending on your fitness status.
